Logistics Customer Service

We are looking for a self-motivated Logistic Customer Service Officer to work at our client company at Bankstown Aerodrome.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with LSPs for status update and clarification
  • Escalates issues and concerns regarding delivery issues
  • Prepare return or futile delivery report on daily basis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding re-delivery requirements
  • Book re-delivery with LSPs once dates are booked/confirmed
  • Process IOD in Cello system upon confirmation of re-delivery
  • Coordinate with returns team and Process returns Process in Cello system
  • Attend to ad-hoc inquiries regarding returns, re-delivery status etc

REQUIREMENTS

  • Above High School Degree
  • MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Power Point/ suite)
  • English advanced level
  • Must living in Australia
  • Must have logistic/warehouse knowledge, and IOD

Preference

  • Work experience in Multinational company
  • Consumer electronics transportation control experience
  • Sales logistic controller experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

 

Experience:

  • Inbound call centre: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Australia (Preferred)
